Return, Refund & Cancellation

Our priority is your satisfaction, and we have implemented customer-friendly return and refund policies to ensure that your shopping experience with us is hassle-free. 

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery of goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We encourage you to carefully review the product details before confirming your order to ensure that it meets your needs and expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to assist you every step of the way."

Oakure offers a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
  • Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date and content.
  • The products need to be returned to Our Warehouse if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes.
  • Except for the important interpretation, Oakure will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please read product details carefully before confirming the order.

Wrong Item / Damaged / Missing Products / Incorrect Size.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your goods are damaged or one of any above condition, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:

  • Replacement with the right product.
  • Exchange the product for an alternative of your choice of equal value.
  • Refund of the full amount paid by you.

In any of the above cases, contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products by email infoacrylic.com notifying us of any damage to the product with pics of the product received. We will schedule return pick up for the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be processed.

In case of incomplete product / items missing in the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.

Didn't Like the product or quality / Size not as per requirement / Changed my mind / Don't need anymore:

We ensure only the best quality reaches to our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. However, these being art products, please note that there may be slight variation in looks and finish. The colors shown on the website are close the real color of the product to the extent possible. However, depending upon your display screen, the colors may vary slightly. In case of handmade paintings, there may be minor variations due to nature of the work.

However, Choosing the right product is customer's prerogative. Every product ordered on our website is prepared after the order is received. Therefore if the product reached you in the condition and specifications displayed on the website, company is not liable to refund/replace or exchange the said product.

Orders not Received.

Oakure will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

If You do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:

  • Incorrect/insufficient address.
  • No such number.
  • Unknown recipient.
  • Refused.
  • Do not pick up in time.
  • No safe delivery location.
  • Uncleared customs.
  • Others.

Notes:

The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, You need to pick up the package by Yourselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, Oakure takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

Oakure cannot offer a refund or resend if you don’t process the undelivered orders or packages destroyed by logistics companies.

Unacceptable Disputes.

Oakure shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

  • Does not like it.
  • The product description is not real.
  • Products smell unusual.
  • Ordered the wrong items.
  • The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
  • Product difference was negotiated in advance.
  • Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
  • In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Product

However, if you are still not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 15 days of delivery. Please mail us with the details within this 15 day period. We will schedule a return pick up for the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure there is no misuse or abuse of the product outside our control or damage irreparable. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched.

For any refund for prepaid orders we reverse the transaction you made and for COD orders you will have to share the account details so that refunds can be processed. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. 

If the product is not pass in our quality check (50% + shipping, handling & packaging fee) will be deducted from your refund amount. 

If the product is passed in our quality check Some minimal amount will be deducted from your refund amount (For shipping, handling & packaging).

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any extra costs. To cancel the order, please call us at our customer care number / mail us at theoakure@gmail.com. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been dispatched.

Above policies do not apply on Furniture items like tables, chairs etc / handprinted paintings / Custom Orders. All of the above mentioned products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For cancellation of hand painted items, call / write to us within 24 hrs. No cancellation will be made beyond that.

Custom Product Order

Custom products are the products those are created on your request, apart from other available products on website. On such product orders COD won’t be applicable. Such orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable & non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced in case of in-correct product or damaged product received.
